Some features require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

Free Tier

We offer limited free conversions. Free tier limitations include file size restrictions and daily usage limits.

Paid Credits

  • Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with notice

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute illegal content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
  • Process content depicting child exploitation
  • Engage in any activity that could harm minors

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to files you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service.

  • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixelor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Is harmful to other users or the Service
  • Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pixelor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
